Restoration

We restore both wood and brass cases. Restoration is time consuming and can take an extended period of time.
Brass cases and bases are completely disassembled. The old lacquer is removed. Each part is cleaned, tumbled, polished and re-lacquered with Nikolas Lacquer, one of the finest in the industry.
Wood cases are refinished by an experienced cabinetmaker and finisher who specializes in antique restoration.
